Our gym ambassador is our mom - affectionately known as Auntie C (@pullup_grandma).
Auntie C started doing FitRX® at 72. At the beginning she could not do any sit-ups, push-ups, chin-ups, pull-ups or rope climbs. Now she can do them all and with strict form.
Auntie C diligently does a minimum of 3x FitRX® classes a week. Doing a 2 week rotation - Mon/Wed/Fri and Tue/Thu/Sat - to ensure that she covers all body parts.
Auntie C is also the creator of our BERP™ - Bespoke Eat Right Program #eatcleangetlean. All the recipes are hers.
Gym + Kitchen = Results
Auntie C has zero age related diseases. She does not take any medication because her doctor has given her a clean bill of health.
